Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if you have actively taken part in the program and believe that your wellbeing has not improved despite genuine effort.

To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have:

1. Implemented the Learnings

You must show that you have engaged with and attempted to apply the lessons, exercises, or guidance provided within the program or product.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

Completing worksheets or exercises

Following through with suggested tasks

Participating in reflection or journaling prompts

2. Attended Live Zoom Calls (If Applicable)

If the program includes live coaching, support calls, or workshops, you must have attended the scheduled sessions, or watched the replays where live attendance was not possible.

3. Noticed No Improvement in Wellbeing

If, after applying the teachings and attending the calls, you feel that your wellbeing has not improved, you may request a refund.

We will ask for a brief explanation so we can understand your experience and improve our support for others.


Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within the time period stated at the point of purchase (e.g., 14 days, 30 days). Requests made outside this window cannot be processed.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

Instant digital downloads

Completed coaching sessions

Special promotions or limited-access events

Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
