Helping Dads Rebuild After A Breakup.

A supportive space for

dads navigating

separation,

co-parenting, and life

after a breakup —

with practical

guidance and

the tools to

stay classy.

Why I Built the

Rebuild Room

I created the Rebuild Room for dads who feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed after a breakup, because I’ve been there myself. It's a lonely place.

After my own separation, I realised how few safe spaces there are for men to talk honestly about what they’re going through, without judgement or pressure to “man up” and crack on.

The Rebuild Room is a place to chat, connect, and take inspiration from other dads who understand this phase of life — without hype, clichés, or fake motivation.

Inside, you’ll find:

Real conversations with men who get it.

Practical tools to regain confidence, structure, and perspective and support that helps you move forward on your own terms.

Why can't I Pay Monthly?

Why There’s No Monthly Option

There’s no pay-monthly option here — that’s intentional.

I didn’t want to build something that relies on you staying stuck and re-deciding every 30 days whether to keep going. Rebuilding works better when you give yourself proper time and consistency without pressure.

It’s not right that I benefit from you recovering more slowly.

At £149 for the year, the Brotherhood is a single, clear commitment to yourself.

For context, many 1-to-1 therapy sessions in the UK cost £60–£90 each. Therapy can be hugely valuable, and this isn’t a replacement — the Brotherhood simply offers a different kind of ongoing support at an accessible price.
